Nope, it’s not.But Chrome works pretty well.
I keep it as the second browser. Chrome is far too klunky and eats resources.I think we peaked with IE3 and Navigator 4. It’s been downhill since.
My problem with Chrome is it fails the spyware test.
I always managed to get back my session with ‘Restore’. I agree it shouldn’t have crashed in the first place. If you have time andor patience for this sort of things: a)Review your extensions, plug-ins b) Keep it to minimum for a while
